Talking Heads

We’ve been filming some well-known faces who have given their backing to Universities Week 2012. Here they talk about how university has helped them in their sporting careers and the importance of universities to London 2012 and UK sport as a whole.

Our ‘Talking Heads’ include Dame Kelly Holmes, Tony Blair, John Inverdale, Boris Johnson, Sir Menzies Campbell MP, Baroness Sue Campbell, Steve Cram, Perri Shakes-Drayton,Scott Moorhouse, Jason Gardener, Beth Tweddle, Ben Rushgrove, Kathryn Twyman, Allan Wells, Leon Taylor, Imran Khan and Gail Emms.

The first video features all our 'Talking Heads' saying why they are proud to be supporting Universities Week. Underneath is the option to watch all the videos in their entireity as part of our playlist, or alternatively, you can choose a certain individual's video to watch. Feel free to embed and share any of these videos on your own website.

We've also got a downloadable press release for those of you who may have filmed your own ‘Talking Head’ and want to let your local media know.  Similarly if one of our ‘Talking Heads’ is one of your alumni, do feel free to send this release to your media contacts along with a link to the videos.
